rom 3 help please

hi i have a rom 3 card fully working with ppv and adults

i am trying to add a patch to add all the non spotbeam loclas so i get extra football games when i apply this patch i made i automatically loose all my ppv any help??

if anyone knows which non spot beams i can add to stop this problem thanks

my goal is to get as many locals (football games) each sunday as possable

open your patch in notepad.delete the line that says remove all OB .then save.when you open patch in nagra you may have to change the drop down menu to "*" all files.

That sounds like a great idea Nicky.
I was under the impression that all locals were in spot beams.
I know all the programming guides warn against useing too many locals which will trigger ECM's.
I have a friend that is heavy into FTA irds, and I believe that you can enter as many locals as you desire in that format. He is in the process of programming and entering the guides or channels before he sends me the Pansat 2500, so I will see about all those locals.
I used to hook up DTV with my P3 card just to watch Football. :)

ok well thats good info but no help on rom 3 my ??? is why when i add the NON spot beam do i loose my ppv if i can fix all will be well any idea's

if your patch has a line that says "remove all 0B" it will remove your ppv before it adds the patch.i would clean card,apply your patch for your fully working adult and ppv,apply patch for your local non spot beams(with the line deleted),apply patch for your blocker,double check info and password,write to card.HTH
