I'm sorry but I need to know where I can buy a 3.68 crystal. I know it says somewhere in these forums because I've read it. Now I can't find where. Sorry to put in a repeat question.
P.S. I don't want to buy one from ebay.

Yeah, the version I've been needing is for a surface mount application. I got it figured out now. The HC/49 wont surface mount like the crystal I need to replace. I suppose a guy could still make it work, but I like to do things the right way if possible.

Glad to hear you like to do things right....me too.
I use the 14 dip Xtal Oscillator [caps & circuitry built in] style IC chips [ECS].

I build all my ISO7816 programmers like powered brick outhouses with multiple use options available for the next ten years. Even spots for a BS style bootload capability and onboard emu. After 4 pcb production runs I have it down to a pretty solid science. If you'd like schematics or pics feel free to PM me.
