ROM 3, ROM 10, Rom 11 Cards...Which is the best????

I'm pretty green when it comes to all these ROM cards and their infinite revision numbers and what they mean. I tried reading some of the articles on-line here but, unfortunately, I couldn't make heads or tails out of them.

Can someone please help a newbie and explain the difference between the various cards and tell me which is the BEST card to have for testing BEV. Thanks a million!!

The best card is an open card, 3,10, 11 as long as it is open, there is a lot more support for the 3 and 10, I prefer the 10, but 3 works fine too.

The rom2 is still going strong...for now. No blocker or stream locking with rom2 either. Kind of strange to program a rom2 too and not much support.
