Latest version of the receiver program

Guys I have program P203 on my receiver and i was told that the blackout i have maybe because I don't have P204, can someone help step by step to download the upgrade.

go into menu, find upgrade option, check set to download without my permission.
then turn off with remote, should download within 15 min to an hour.

there was a blackout problem caused by parity key change back around 8-12
