Error 024 - while trying to access guide

It used to happen to me on my 2800 also, the guy that sold it to me said the box doesn't have much ram, he took out a bunch of channels I didn't watch and it fixed it but I only can see about 4 hours in advance on the guide, anything else will go to downloading program info from sat.

i had this problem with my 2700 - the only thing that fixed it was removing 44 hour tier guide from the card - double check your tiers on your card and make sure that one isn't there. it didn't matter how many ever else tiers i had - only that one made the diff for me.
