What is the best rom 10 blocker

Hey all, I've been out of it for a while and I have that blackout deal. I've read most of the forums on this but they go back and forth. So my question is what is the working patch.

Well draco Milis Blocker is pretty good, and NO blackouts! Go figure.

milli has a good private blocker
the blackout deal was from a parity key change back around 8-12, look for a blacout fix to correct that
and gcsb 2.51 is a good public blocker for rom 2, 3, 10 and 11
tips: DO NOT PUT A CARD IN STREAM WITH OUT BLOCKER: and make sure to check for update on blockers, change password from default, apply them last

I’m using ChecksumBlocker up to the present moment no problem I will recommend it to anyone just change password and apply in the end!

A few months ago, just about everybody running public blocker on their rom3's got looped beyond repair. Those with Mili's PB still have their rom3's. Those who didn't, flocked to Mili so they could have the PB too. It cost's about $12/month.
