Anyone know how to a soft reboot and a hard reboot for an RCA 420??

5th Generation RCA/TCE Soft Reboot Procedure


Press and hold the Info and Right Arrow buttons for 5 seconds until unit powers off
Release buttons
System will re-set itself
To access the Test Menu, press Info and Left Arrow buttons.

5th Generation RCA/ Hard Reboot Procedure (Model DRD420RE verified)


Remove Access Card
Press and hold the Power and Down Arrow buttons on the receiver simultaneously
Hold for 15 seconds
Unplug the receiver from the wall while holding down the buttons
Hold for 15 seconds
Plug the receiver back in while still holding down the two buttons
Hold for 15 seconds
Turn on the receiver
Press Menu button twice
Re-Insert Access Card when prompted.
