How to tell what 301\3100 you have?

I have a 301\3100 and it has the jtag cutout on the bottom already from factory.So is this a 3100.05 or a 3100.10.I thought it was a 10 and erased flash 1 sa3 and now it does not work at all.If it is a 05 then i erased the wrong line.How do i reflash the ird with the image that i saved before erasing?

The tag on the back of the receiver should have the receiver type on it.

when i get my ird number and convert it to hex do i add a zero at the front if it does not have 8 digits.

It'a 3100\10 and i erased the flash1 at Sa3 and it does not work after i put the card in.The ird flashes like it is updating but nothing comes up on the screen.I have left it for an hour and still nothing.I know the card works because i'm watching the same thing in my ird.Any suggestions to what i might have done to the ird.
