REGARDING DirecTV™ and the LETTERS.
CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

This is a law firm which is putting together two class action lawsuits that will target DirecTV™. Initially the first suit is for those people who have already made a settlement with DirecTV™ and a later suit (ready NOW) will be filed for the rest of the recepients of the letters. "Consumer class action attorney Jeffrey Wilens of the Lakeshore Law Center in California is accepting requests for representation in a lawsuit that will soon be filed against DirecTV and its agents alleging improper debt collection practices and other unlawful business practices. Anyone who has already paid money and/or forfeited valuable property to settle DirecTV's threatened lawsuit (in response to one or more of the demand letters) should contact this office for further information. The initial contact should be by email and should summarize your dealings with DirecTV; include a copy of the settlement agreement you signed. (Mr. Wilens is also intending to sue on behalf of consumers have not settled as well and they will simply need to state this and enclose a copy of the latest letter they have received.) This is the first Consumer class action to be prepared against DirecTV™ and it will give all those who settled with DirecTV™ based on their "threatening letter" the opportunity to go against them without having to pay any legal cost out of their pockets. People in all areas of the United States can join this lawsuit NOW if you have settled with DirecTV™ and paid them money or not.

Clients who have received the letters and have not yet settled are invited later to join another class action suit which is suitable to all who have received the letters and have not yet made any settlement. This is ALSO BEING SET UP SIMULTANEOUSLY AND YOU MAY CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
