I had a similar problem with a 2700 and a 4900, there was to many tiers on the card, delete the local channels, reprogram the card and enjoy tv.

Let us know if this fixes your problem.

Not really, from Mili's tier file, remove local channels apply it to your base file, change your IRD, Boxkey,etc...... you know the rest.

This works for me.

Next step is to load a new image to tsop and eeprom.
Look for a file in download section that matches the first 3 letters of your eeprom version and your receiver model, get the eeprom model from the small sticker on the board on the componet side of the reciver.
Download the file, edit it with Flashedit2, change your IRD and Boxkeys, click on FIX CRC, save it.
Create a virgin eeprom also, when you are going to save the eeprom it will ask you for the 4 letters on the sticker, enter then and save.

Open Jkeys, click on flash programming, do a full tsop erase, load the file that you created (TSOP)
Exit this screen, click on EEPROM programming and click on program, select your EEPROM file.

If you get a DCU error, ground pad #1.

This should work.

Let us know....
