can a 3900 be flashed with a 3700? I have a 3900 that keeps shutting off and was told its a bad tsop. the current tsop is "R0033207254-3900-12cb-clka-11L-P231-1" and I can't find a virgin tsop. Wondering if I can flas it with"R0023201409-3700-10PB-CBPA-11R-795P-1" or is there another reason why it's shutting down. using millis pb
