ROM10 Programming

I'm trying to program an open rom10 card and i think i'm still missing one step.
here's what i did...
read tsop's on my dp301 using wallv2
read/saved cam using nagraedit 3.01
changed all necessary info + box keys and patched nbcv3 using nagraedit then wrote to card
placed the card in the receiver
got ch.101 and some music channels.

then i used rtm and checked off a few tiers like hbo and cinemax packages and saved it. did the same process as above with the exception of i patched the tiers first then the nbcv3 then wrote to card.

can someone point me to the right direction? this is my first time to test a dishnet system

thanks! it worked! i guess i was using the old version of rtm. i downloaded the one on this site and i got the channels i wanted.
