How do you enable Locals with China man

I use MiniRTM to make the .ne3 file then use NagraEdit to patch the .ne3 to
the dish383.bin(for Chinaman it is Bev381.bin)
When you send it to the floppy you will be ask to overwrite the existing file.
In MiniRTM you can choose the channels as long as you point a dish to the correct
Satellite and the channel is in your spotbeam.
