Changing Card ID

I know this might be a newbie question, but here ya go.

I'm having troubles changing the card id of a HU.

Currently using the DSSCAL on the download page.

What is the correct process to converting the card id from a number to a hex.

can you give me an example of how to use the dsscalc on you download page.

do you input using the dec. and then hit the hex. radio button? Or what?

HDTV MAN,
Drop the first three zeroes....
Drop the last digit....
Open the calculator in Windows....
Enter the remaining digits, making sure the calculator is in decimal mode....
Check the circle for hexidecimal and the remaining digits are automatically converted....
Add a leading zero to make the eight bytes needed for the hex address....
