Duh . Looking at the front of my 4900 receiver , in which direction should the switch be when locked . Just need to double check . Thanks

did you install it? could be either way depends on how installed.

Go to oddcircuits.com and download the installation instructions. It will give you pictures of the lock/unlock position.

If you used the supplied slide switch? then when it is slid to the amp jumper direction then its locked that uses the holes 2 and 3 and slide to the oppsite direction the hole 2 and 1 are unlocked. now if you used a spdt remote switch then they are backwards and depending one what leads to put to what pins decide the lock and unlocked position. but again the center hole on the lock board is common and the 3 gole is the one closest to the amp jumper on the 3 pogo pins is closed and 1 hole is unlocked. That picture shows it in locked position.
