.013 working great, but won't power off, any ideas on this?

My .013 is working just great, however the stupid thing won't power off. It updated long ago to 204, is anyone having this problem? I have heard that the rev 204 could cause problems, and if I erase and let it update again, it may update to a lower rev. So if anyone has the same problem, or has updated, and it is less than 204, please let me know. Thanks

if you sector erase and stream update pretty sure it will go to p204, dish only keeps one current software version download in stream at a time for each receiver model.
