Just wondering, I was reading my card and it says provider id 00. Is that suppose to be like that? I guess I have never noticed it untill now. Rom 10

Don't change provider ID, It has to do with Dish/Bev/Star/Globe/ETC. Changing it can get you locked out of a card really fast.
