I have the same problem with ROM3 card Locationid:00000001
and the receiver is 2800.

if location id is 000000001 you need a new blocker rom10 nbcdishv3 and rom3 pengas is still up i got hit with horhays v32 here are some mods for easy fixes for tsop to force a update

I would like to be make sure:

- because of my location is 000001 I have to get a new download from DishNet to my receiver.

- After that I have to use pengarom3 to program my card....



Am I right or I am absolutly off of the road :)

boriz_5 even after you put a new blocker on you have to fix the tsop either flash it or do one of the mods listed above, if you are getting funky readings you might want to try a mod i have one a guy flashed the box keys and screwed up the tsop would not see the switch so i did the mod to force it to do a update and all is well now.
