YVOUS Channels 005 Error

Ok, finally got emu working with my 301.13. Thanks for all the help out there! Now I'm having somewhat of a problem...I'm suing YVOUS 3, the newest one, with tiers enabled in the ini file for hbo, starz, etc. However, when I start it up and go to these channels, they're just black for a while and then give me the 005 error (smart card doesn't have authorization to view this channel). I let it sit for awhile and then all of the sudden they worked. So I was like cool, lets make more channels work...big mistake. I changed things and let it sit for 45 min, still no HBO this time around. Thus, I set back everything to exactly how I had it before and now it's been sitting here for an hour and still gives me the 005 message when I turn to HBO, Starz, etc. In the YVOUS window at the beginning I see YVOUS activate the HBO tier, so why isn't it working? Does anyone know what's going on? Thanks for the help in advance.

Ok, so I took off my local tiers and everything works. What the hell...oh well. I don't really care too much about them, but it would be nice. If anyone has any ideas how to fix this, please let me know. Now onto the PPV.

How fast is the computer and how much ram?

It's 500 mhz with 200 mb ram. I've got everything working perfectly now, just no locals. Every time I turn on the locals, the PPV, movie channels and other random channels are just black. When I turn the locals off, then everything works fine. Weird. Any ideas?
