How do u change the credit limits on ROM 10 /ROM 3 card ? ,I have 4900 receiver ,I can watch everthing except the PPV's , when I goto ppv's channel ,it ask do I want to purchase , yes , yes to all answer ,then it dails out ,I use the Phone Spoofer , it detects dial tone , then gets a message saying the credit has exceed its limits on card , how do u change credit limits? thanks.
