rom 3 rev 372 HELP !

I have a rom 3 @ rev 372
It does read in nagra appears to clean 100 % no problem
And I tried to program it
All the tiers patch and blocker and blackout appear to write with no errors
But when I finish I go to read card and nothing has changed.
What did I do ?
Do I need to advance the rev ? If so how ?
Or did I just hammer the plastic

First clean card then read open patch test patch run patch if no error write to card , do same write blocker if all OK it be at rev 383. need write password. down . JCK7
