Help!!!!!! Rom10

I am so new, behinde my ears are still wet.

What the hell does this mean?
I bought this off Ebay and just got it today, Any help would be great.

Also, I have been doing some reading and I dont understand, this gear is brand new! still factory sealed, how can it be stream locked?

Either the card was streamed (and locked) from the previous owner or now they factory lock them at A23. The only other one was that the card was programmed spoofed to A23. Either way you look at it, you can't get in....bummer. If the card was programmed spoofed at A23, a dealer would be able to pop it.

i thought that if you spoofed the crd and forgot the passcode you would be sol, no way to open? i have a rom 10/rev21. i ALSO got f***ed on ebay. anyway...i figure it was locked and the code forgotten. can this cam also be open by a dlr.? or am i as i said... sol? if yes, (can be opnd) does anyone know of someone reputable? if allowed, please let me know (cant even use as an ice scrapper in ft lauderdale).

I can unlock them both now but in Ontario Canada that would be long distance travel LOL

Try this I used it on a rom10 at rev 20 with the same message (may contain update) poped right open. winexp script
