You gotta give us more info. What are you equipped with(no cracks guys)(double no quips) ? What rev is your rom, what co. you gonna run ? Once we know what gear you have(must be me tonight), then you can proper help.
In the mean time goto www.bellexpress.vu and read the how-to instructions for j-tagging your IRD, and programming Roms. It's all there in that very informative and easy to follow menu.

Kris your way ahead of where we need to be. Insert your rom into your programmer and under the tab called card at the top click reset ATR. I want you to tell me everything that it says except x out about 1/2 of your numbers so that charlie can't read it too.
And I'm sorry but that thread is no help at this point.

Download the bin I sent you to your desktop. Open Nagra edit. Clike on file/open file. Select the bin I sent you.Click on card/write to card. now, try to read your card. If the dataspaces are repaired, and they should be, edit in your info. We can do that after. Let me know.

Since you already have had some private work done here I'll just watch, good luck.

...also, that bin has no programing in it. You have to add your tier data. The stream keys and parity key zero are out of date also. Now, edit in your receiver cam i.d. and boxkeys, timezone and you're good to go.

What do you mean about The stream keys and parity key zero are out of date?

This is a bin from a card read some time ago. The stream (public) keys as well as the parity key zero value may be wrong.

He doesn't know what they are noof, I think he needs some help from square 1. I can't help that much right now. Do you know much about atmega's and 301's ? I have a guy needs help but I have no experience with these.

Hello all, the CAM is the 2800 IRD
the IRD is connected to a dish 300 facing 61.5
However, all that is seen is DISH INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMMING
when you try to change the chanel you get an error 002.
Active Stream keys are correct

What will be the cause for this?

What channels are you wanting to get ? The 2 main sats are at 110 and 119 degrees, so to pick up international on 61.5 plus the regular stuff you are looking at 3 settings which would require a dish with a double dual lnb and another with one lnb plus a special switch.

They only want to pick up international off of 61.5, all they have is
one 300 sat facing 61.5 will the parity keys have anything to do with this?
Cause that wasn't edited in NAGRA

Thanks

From Darnats sticky:
Error message 002 "The satellite signal has been lost, signal acquisition is in progress."
Problem: No signal being recieved. Could be that Sat moved, bad weather, New spot beam has removed signal from your area, bad cable connections, Bad switch

I was thinking that, but why would it pick up the international guide?
And why after a few seconds that message goes away then the
international guide comes up again??

Thanks

Don't know. Will try to check out tomorrow, good night and good luck.

Are your software versions up to date ? P2.29 or P2.04

It Says Software Version 612pcaka-n

That makes no sense for a 2800. What I want you to do is go to the system info screen that lists & shows on your tv when you push the little sys info button on your remote. The current software version should read 797 with some letters. If not you need to update your IRD. You do this by taking out your card, turning off your IRD but leaving it plugged in and hooked to the sat cable and waiting 5-15 minutes. You will see the little green light flash a few times and you will hear the set reset itself, after that check and see if it updated, you may have to go into the startup menu and select allow automatic updates if it doesn't do it.
If you want pm the info from the sys info screen to us, do not post it.

A ccuple of comments from mods I contacted:

Hi , you can have him check/try a few things that might help. First, he has to be sure the FW is up-to-date. He says his buddy's IRD get all channels. Do they both have the same FW (current now is P229)? Also ask him to check and see if he's able to get all transponders.

Hi Cimba, I would have him check Firmware versions, Recheck he has boxkeys correct on the non working one. Could reprogram the Atmega's for the opposite receivers and see if the problem follows the atmegas or receivers. A small possibility is a blacklisted receiver, Seen that before, It causes the problem like wrong boxkeys when they are correct. If thats the case editing the ird and boxkeys in flashedit to dif ones and reflashing it back solves
