Screen Black only subtitle

I loaded from the download section....Sept 10 rom10 all. channels bn10 I was told just to put the reciever info on,,write to card I did that..now I only get subtitles on card no picture..I dont know what I need,,looking for help

If the guide is full, triple check your boxkeys, stream keys and parity key zero.

Yea the boxkey is what caused me to have that problem before. Check to make sure you didn't transpose anything like putting a O instead of 0.
