unloop and unlock.... is this legit??

hello all... so this is it.... a copy and paste of an email i sent a company about the unlooping and unlocking of rom3 and rom10 cards..... can someone tell me if this is legit or not???

I have a rom3 that is looped, no atr....
are you able to unloop this card??
also, I have 2 rom10 cards that are stream locked at rev23,
are you able to fix these cards as well??

If the rom 3 was stream looped this summer you will need to sit on it, So far nothing has been succesfull restoring those.
Nothing is unlocking A23 yet either, So more to just sit on for now.

birdie i found a post using a hu loader to unlock 383 on another site they said its working u do have to modify hu loader it just came out i can give u link in pm if u would like
