Unknown Blocker Password

Hi all,
I have just recieved a ROM 10 card that Ive been told was programed with a public blocker spoofed to A23. I do not have a backup to read password and unable to unlock card with the usual password combinations. Does anyone know of a program that will unlock this. Im sure this has been discussed before but I couldnt find much on the subject when I did a search.

You can try the A21 public unlocker files, Spoofed cards with lost passwords will usually reopen as they are "Fake" A23, Not real streamlocked A23.

i thought that cards with a forgotten pass code were "finished". that streamed locked cards could/would be eventually unlocked. "user locked" cards however were as they say, "an ice scrapper".

User locked cards can be dealer reopened, Opened with a Ubomb device or sometimes reopened with A21 freeware. All fact. A23 is your ice scrapper for the time being.
Card revisions on blocker code can be set to anything you want it to say, They are spoofed and not really the rev they say, Merly show a new rev after loading the blocker to let you see it loaded to your card. Heck, You could even make card rev say "Mili" if you want to.

birdi..does milli have a card repair svc? i have a locked 10/21 that i cant open. figure it has to be "user locked" cause i cant get into it using any of the available pass codes like deadbeef... etc.

i got one to but the pulbic blocker on it wont uninstall threw everything there is at it and its locked tight

OK, I have seen all kinds of files for unlocking at A21 etc BUT NEVER seen anything for a VIRGIN A16 that was spoofed to A23?
