Motorola V300?????

Hello.

I recently purchased a motorola v300. I want to upload games, polyphonic ringtones, screensavers, and more. I checked on egay and found that I need a data cable and a cd with all the games, ringtones, etc. (unless I could get them). Could anyone give me some info on how I could get my own ringtones, games, etc.? Do I need a special program to transfer the info? Are polyphonic ringtones simply mp3s or wav's? Are the backgrounds just mpegs? are the screensavers just gif images? How does this work? Any info will be greatly appreciated.
