I have spent over 1300 dollars on cards and recievers. Just last week I spent $510 on FTA 5900, magic card, and jtag. So far nothing has worked for me. I am very frustated. I'm willing to pay any amount of money if some one guide me how to make those things work.

Hi Robo, Thanks for giving me hope. I just baught FTA5900, with magiccard programer and Jtag. My main problem is getting box keys. Same problem I had with all the other recievers I baught from different places. Now I end up with six recievers cards, two magic cards and programmers. I can't get box keys to go forward. I thought Fta 5900 would be easier like they say on website. but there are no instructions to make it work. If they can charge $525 for whole setup why can't any one sell instructions for little extra money? so no one has to go through all that frustration. Please help me I will pay you in advance. Since I have allready spent over $1300 dollars. At least they won't go waste If I make these work.

I live in Seattle, WA. I can't get box key for the IRD. I have tried each and every way. programm does not seem to read anything. I have three kind Jtag programmer None of those seems to work for me. These guys sell everything but not instructions, this is sad.

Not much up on FTAs some friends of mine went that way when they lost Dave. From what you are saying I might think that it is a computer problem. hard to believe none of that equipment works. sounds like communication prob with computer.when you launch JKEYS check your preferances to be sure your trying to communicate threw the right port like com1 and parallel port, if you havnt already. recheck your pin config on your Jtag.

You heard it from the man do as these people tell you and you wont go astray. Milis info pages are the most informitive I've ever seen. My buddies were just guessing about the best way to go for themselfs by choosing blackbirds. I stumbled on Milis site and read his stuff for days before making my choise about which testing method was best for me. Now they look at my 501s and kick themself in the ass for not listening to me. Money is a poor replacement for knowledge

Thanks for the help. I have read lots of threads and tried everything as it says on your site. I can't get J keys to detect box keys. I have checked the diognostic to part. Result says its working properly but still no results. Any suggestions Please?

I have read mili's all posts and I'm doing the same what it says. Just can't get box keys. I like his site a lot. That is the reason I have been buying all my stuff from him. I have Two 301-010 and three 301-013 receivers with blue and ellow cards. The only reason I couldn't make it work because I can't get box keys. So I baught magic card with programmer still could not make it work. Now I have full set up of FTA5900 with fta magic card and jtag programmer. All I need to get the box keys so I can go forward.
