Yvous is Windows only(I use Windows98) The tiers are in the INI file and very easy to change. You can run multiple receivers with Yvous.
Cemu can be confusing with all the updates and version variations. The tiers are in the dish.bin so you need to know how to patch them. Some run in Dos and some run with Windows.
ChinaMan is a Dos Emu program also. It is for BEV,but there is a Dish version. The tiers are in the BEV381.bin also.
If you are going to buy a computer I would get one that will run both just incase.
I use a 166mhz 64ram Windows98 to run 2 receivers.
