If you wanna test Charlie (Dish), you'll need that D/lock! You'll also need an ISO 3.68Mhz programmer for your ROM2. As for software, RTM (Rom Tier Maker) to select the package you want. And NagraEdit2 or Excel3. Get the latest blocker+patch for ROM2...you're set.

BTW...A Jtag is an absolute MUST....with or without locks.

Find out if your card is marked. Then just choose the latest blocker for rom2 in the file section. Rom Tier maker will make the script for you.
