Cutting Hole for Bottom JTAG in 301 13

I know I have seen a how to with details of were to cut the bottom of a 301 13 to JTAG it like a 2700. I have searched the Forms and looked in the Downloads but I can not find it again.

Can some one point me to it.

you have to take the mother board out of the case anyway, so look on the top of the board for the jtag, it is marked and you can mark the bottom of the case by it, not hard to do, good luck.

Use Oddcircuits Topside JTAG pins and never cut another hole again

Radio Shack sells a nibbling tool that works good to cut the hole.
This was a sloppy one, But shows the hole already there to start from.

2 1/16 not right . 2 5/8 is right cut to front edge .

301-10 ok on measurements JCK7

After reading other posts I have desided to Top JTAG it.

Top jtag and put a DB9 connector on the back of the IRD. Works great for me, I never have to move my IRD I have a 6 foot straight through cable attached and just connect to the laptop.
