Yes, erase sector Sa3 in Flash 1 and restream it.

erase SA3 on tsop1 three times and restream to Bell 91; same as ECM repair except you stream to different service provider.

Latest Firmware upgrade is E469. You get the BellExpress Vu Splash screen after you have pointed to 91 or 82. If you are in the Southern USA or below that; then it will be hard to catch a stream.
