I have a 4000 that I aquired recently. It came with dish f/w and I had trouble doing the conversion to Bell. It took a long time to update. The receiver now has Bell F/w and I can now access the menu. When I go to the "Point Dish" menu there is no signal strength. every one in a while it goes up to 12% and then back down to 0%. I have put another receiver(3100.010) in it's place and it works fine showing signal strength of 89%. I do not know how to check out this problem and would appreciate any help.
