7200 black and white no color

I have a 7200 but its in black and white rca out cable out all black and white .Anyone have any ideas what is wrong with this unit?

R u using a color tv? just kidding !!! Have tried s video cables and the regular cable for people with older tv that don't have those connections on there tv , to see if it works alright that way . maybe u could elimante a bad cable!

let it run for 24 hrs with a good card. should clear up.

thats another problem I don't have box keys out of this unit it keeps trying to dial web tv no other options I have a f040 reader but no software to read a 7200 tried unless someone has software to read this unit?
