Help with Pansat 2500A

Hi all,
I am a newbie here with the Pansat. I paid some money for someone to install the disc, the Pansat to view DN. But I only can view Echo 8.6, how can I view Echo 7? He told me that I need to install another disc to view 7, is it true? How can I receive both echo in one disc?

Hi! You will need a dish 500 with two LNB`s or an oval DTV type dish to pick up DN 6,8 & 7 ,or just add another dish aimed at echo 7.good luck
