Iam trying to program my Pansat 2500a but when the follow the below instructions I come across this problem -
1. Open the (2300_2500_1500 Downloader)
2. Click “STB MODEL” and type model name exactly ???????
what is the name you put in this dialog box ??
The dialog box is empty - so what is it called ??
because when I go to download - it says error - incorrect "model name "
Any help is appreciative.

I hooked up the 2500a - but after doing an ALL SCAn - no channels were found ?
I have a DISH500 with twin LNBS - my old system was a 3900, so I took out the receiver and replaced it with the 2500a. On the set up page my settings look like this -
110 -
LNB type - STANDARD
LNB - 11250
22khz - OFF
deseqc - #1
skew - 0
TP - #1
Level - *2%
quality - 99%
Can you see any problems with my setup ??
Thanks for your help.
