Buffered JTAG and 301.013 single TSOP

I have a single TSOP 301.013 and a buffered JTAG I got from Mili's.
Is this JTAG compatible with the 301.013. I cut the hole in the bottom and am trying to do Bob's simplified vid mod, but am getting '0x00000000' .
Can someone maybe show me or tell me where to find the pads for the pogos and the order of the pogos as my 3 year old pulled the yellow pogo holder off.
