First, it will be helpful to know if you have a subbed P4 or know someone who does....
The answer to your second question is P3.... You're using an actual HU (P3) "bin" superimposed with a P4 CAM (card number from the back)....

Good answer!
It's also the easiest to answer....
Read the CAM from the back of the card (yep, that easy).... Open windows' calculator.... Drop the first three zeroes and the last digit.... Making sure that the "decimal" pickbox is checked, enter the remaining digits.... Now, check the "hex" pickbox.... The digits will be converted for you....
Open ExtremeHU.... Load a "valid bin" at USW 0800.... Clean the file (the squeegee icon to the left of the checkmark).... Now, move you cursor to the IRD window on the right side of the screen.... Highlite it.... You will see that 24D8 to 24DC is highlited on the left.... Right click on that area and enable edit mode.... If you're one digit short, add a leading zero to fill it.... Save the line and make sure that the new card number (on the right) matches the P4 CAM.... If it does, save the file.... That's it....
