Local Philadelphia Channels on FTA

I'm trying to find the Philadelphia local channels on the FTA sats. I have checked LingSat but have not found what I need (Lingsat is NOT user-friendly). Does anyone know how to find the Philadelphia network up and/or downlinks that are not on DishNet or any other subscription sats? I just want FTA, not Dish or any other thing thats going to go down every week because of ECM's.
