getting signal with yvous

I recently had some damage to the house due to the hurricanes and am trying to get rolling again. I need to dial my dish in but I cannot seem to locate my charlie prgrmr. Is it possible to get tuned in using yvous? I prevouisly had to use a card to do this. Any ideas??

Had the same problem thanks to charlie, frances and jeanne. Had to completely reinstall my dish. Yes, you can use yvous while setting up the dish. At least it worked for me. Good luck !

So as long as you can get to the signal strength screen and yvous is running it is all a matter of getting the dish pointed?? That is all I really needed to know, never done that before, I thought it might but I guess that I am just having a hard time finding the 2 foot square 20,000 miles away, that is really the problem. thanks
