Trying to install Extreme 3.5a onto friends computer from full zip on mili's site, have run exe. and vb run file but keep getting following error. " runtime error 429, activex component cannot create obect." Ideas ?? Randy.

He has Win ME, not sure of anything else he has installed, not currently at his place.

I had nothing but problems with ME.... Is there a chance he could upgrade?

Will ask next time I see him. I still prefer Win 98 2nd edit. myself. Thanx.

otherwise install hu1.6, 3.2 I think it was, then 3.5a worked for me just did a format.
