Spotbeam channels in my area

Is there a listing anywhere that details what spotbeam local channels I can access in my area and which ones I can't? It's a pain browsing thru channels, hit a local spotbeam I can't get, then have to slowly channel up or down to get to a viewable channel. Thanks for the help!
