error writing flash

i have a 420 sitting at home that i was trying to mod. for some reason i can't write the bin to it. it gives me a timeout error at address 5000800. everything else went smooth but because of that the IRD won't come back to life. anyone ran into this problem? if there is another way around this thing then let me know.

well i figured it out on my own. the problem was there was a tiny ball of solder on one of the IC's and the used the sharp point from my meter and took it off. once i took it off it too the falsh right away. i guess we have to be careful when soldering around the IC's.
