plz. any help on t911 unlocker

i did the unlocker mod on my t911 loader and i have checked every wire,flashed with the unlocker hex,and i still cant get it to work.i run the test glitch on a open rom 3 card that has the test glitch.bin on it but all i get is trying to hit oc bug at 1045,1055,1065, i cannot! get the ff,aa,ff.after i click run script all i get is trying to hit oc bug.can someone plz tell me why the ff aa or any letters does not come up?and does the red light sopose to come on and stay on? my red light just comes on as i click run script then goes off.i read alot in this forum and i havent saw any other peoples with the same problems im having.seems like everyone is getting the letters(ff aa oo,but mine has no letters at all just tryting to hit oc bug and this keeps running.i am using a 10 turn pot and it doesnt matter where its turned,im sorry for a long post but i tried to say just what the trouble im having is in hopes of getting some help cause ive been trying this mod for weeks.ps ,,i changed my win exp seetings to the ones that came with the unlocker files,,thanks for any help.

If you can I would Like to see some Pics of your MOD.

2 when the script is running stop it copy and Paste it here From the top down to the end. I would like to see what is going on there.
Also and this might sound Stupid but....
Are you shure that you edited your WinExp settings right??

loopey1,thank you for any help.i dont have a cam to take pictures of the mod but i will try to find one.i will post a copy of the script so u can look at it for me thursday when i get home from work.i went back and check my win ex settings and its the same as the settings in the read me.seems like everyone is getting atleast letters ff aa dd or something except me.i bought the t911 new and tried a hu card just to be sure it did work before i tried any mods and it did,i will post my script and hope that will help..thank u for the reply
