PPV3M error message

My laptop keeps getting an error message (mccomct2.ocz), and now my desktop is getting the same error, i never figured it out on the laptop, because PPV3MCreate always worked on my desktop, anyone know the solution?

useing MS XP Home on the desktop, and XP Pro on the laptop

Yes just do search on Google for that file. Put it in your Windows/system32 folder go to
Start/Run and type this “regsvr32 \windows\system32\mscom.ocx” hit ok Ozone
