A23 Unlocker Help !

Hi Guys!
Well........I did the mods to my T911 and checked out everything twice. I am using the info from the Penga files. I am using Win98 and flashed the 911 using UFP16. I flashed the newd7 file just fine - no errors. I then turned on switch 2 and 5 on the dip switch and put the spst switch in the open position. . The pot is set at 2.5K. I tried to run the rom10-a23open.xvb file and all I get is "timeout from 2A command" error. The 911 is the original blue board. It looks like it isn't getting an ATR ?? I tried two stream locked cards and get the same stuff. What am I doing wrong???? Any help would be greatly appreciated !!

what dip did you have on when u flashed. On mine i had to have dip1 on. I used the newd9 flash. Ran with 1 and 5 on.I have 2 a23s that i could not get to pop. Thought i screwed up the mod. Had a friend bring me his a23 and it poped in less than 5 min. Have not been able to get the other 2 to pop. On 1 I get reset and the other 6f. I have read that the time out is from not being flashed correctly. Hope this helps

sounds like you need to go into configuration settings and srt it to unlooper
