first always apply the blocker last, as it will lock and spoof your card to A23, then you would have to unlock it before working with it again. best to make your own tiers patches. Sometimes public bins have password and if wrong or you don't know it you will be locked out of your card. try yatm as ynot suggest or minirtm or TCFDII v 1.1.1
here is quick not exact to do
Clean and read card in nagra 4.1
apply test run if no errors tier patch you made with one of the above tier creator programs
apply test run if no errors the latest parity key fix patch
apply test run if no errors a blocker patch GCSB 2.51 is good public blocker to use, also suggest change password and write it down so you have it next time need to work with card
then do a Write To Card and it will be locked, spoofed to A23 and ready to use.
