Moded Unlooper/Unlocker ?

I've moded my t6 unlooper as the instuctions have shown, flashed the 2313 with the Newd6.hex, is this the correct (newest) flash for a Rom3 ? I do not have an open Rom3 to calibrate the unlocker. When I try to unlock a locked Rom3 at 382, I get this until I abort script.

I have seen other people getting the same response(with no answers), have I done something wrong or is it just that I need to tweak the pot setting? Here are pics of the mod.

From what I have read ou are close.I also read that the pot is not that big of a deal as once thought.Play around with the VCC settings in the script.

For some reason I can't upload pics, I have never been a big fan of WinEx, partely do to the fact, I really don't understand it that well, can you please feed me a bone, where am I looking in the script to change vcc is it this :
B0 XX Set Glitch VCC - VCC = (5/255) * XX if so what does the 5/255 stand for and what would be correct boundries to stay within.

Sorry, I still have a few questions. I copied and pasted this from WinEx.

VCCStart = &h23 'YOU CAN CHANGE THIS FROM 20 TO 50-SET TO TEST BIN
VCCLimit = &h1A 'YOU CAN CHANGE THIS FROM 1A TO 30-SET TO TEST BIN

It seems that the vccstart is in decimal form, which leaves 31 posibilities correct?
It seems that the vcclimit is in hex form, 1A to 50 how many possibilities is that? I don't understand hex numbers, I only know how to convert from decimal to hex using a calculator
Is there a good place to learn more about this? Or can someone elaborate on this?

Am I correct to assume it should be 060606060606 for it to unlock the card? I do not have a good Rom3 to run the test files.

Have not modded one yet,but from what I have readyou are all over it,just let it run with what you are getting and it should pop.
