If your applying the blocker and you can still unlock the card and read it ..after you have streamed it ..than apply the blocker ....and stick it in the 2700 and let the key's roll ..it may take up to 5 min's ...this would be my guess....lol

Your close...the string your using is not correct for the PPV's is why the common channels only...delete your PPV string & patch this then write...THEN ADD Blocker

You forgetting Cam ID !!
Here what you do step by step,
Open you card image in NE first enter all info to your cam in NE ie, IRD#, boxkey, time zone, zip code, your CamID,.
The first step is to convert your IRD Number and your CamID to hex it is pretty simple to convert to Hex using the calculator on your computer. Open the Calculator on your computer…you’ll find it under Start, Programs and Accessories.
Click View on the top toolbar and make sure Scientific is selected.
Ensure that the Dec radio button is selected.
Enter your CAM ID or IRD Number into the calculator. Example: If your IRD Number is R 00 8877 6655…enter 88776655 into the calculator. Another Example: If your CAM ID is S 04 5088 7766…enter 450887766 into the calculator.Click the Hex radio button and you will see the number in Hex. For the above two examples
Your IRD Hex would be 054A9FCF (it has to be eight characters long so you add a zero at the Beginning) and your CAM ID Hex would be 1AE00056.
Click on the Data Editor tab. On the left hand side click Data Space. On the right hand side enter your IRD Hex number, Box Key, Time Zone Byte, Zip Code Byte Hex number, and the CAM ID Hex number (you will have to enter the CAM Hex number into 3 places, Code Space, Low Provider Info, and High Provider Info).
Note : As mentioned earlier, your IRD Hex Number, CAM ID Hex Number and your Zip Code Byte must be eight characters long.
In the end you patch your Cam with blocker Click File on the top toolbar and select Apply a Patch File . In the open window, browse to the Blocker patch file. You should see that the Blocker patch was applied with 0 errors and 0 warnings.
Hope it help Ozone
