rom 3. have blocker

I just downloaded 2 r0m 3 fixes from the files section, dish formula rom 3, and last rom 3 solutions, do they contain a blocker, if not what is the latest that i can apply...thanks

I was wondering if you might tell me what I'm doing wrong with appling blocker to my card. I'm using the blocker 4.0 that mili sent me, but there is no dish blocker in the drop down box. How do I get it there.

gcsb 2.51 is a good public blocker to use on rom 3, 10 and 11. apply it last. sometimes best to make your own tier patches with tier programs. some public fix bins contain passwords that you may not know or not noted in readmes
